The commercial double door 72 x 80 adopts a detachable steel door frame. It is equipped with a commercial-grade export device and imported decorative setting, two 4 inches. x 4 inches. Heavy-duty spring hinges and a 4 inch. x 4 inches. Heavy-duty commercial hinges. The fire rating of the door and frame components is 1-1/2 hours. The door panel and door frame are made of galvanized steel plate to ensure good paint adhesion. The frame is compatible with stud walls with a thickness of 4-7/8 inches. And can be constructed with gypsum board while the walls are being built. The frame provides compression anchors and 2 sets of strap anchors for drywall applications.

Q4: How to order(payment term;shipping;Delivery time)?

Shipping: express for sample,sea shipment for bulk order.
Delivery time: About 20-35days.
First we need know your specific door request and specs, then we issue the related solutions to meet your requirements. After that, we make the invoice and drawings for your approval. Once you approve the both, 50% deposit will be arranged and the production is started; after the order is finished, we take video or pictures to you, or you dispatch inspector here, then collect the balance before shipping.

When your order is special and need customerized , we need arrange that specially, just like project schedule, most of them need customerized by specific size, color, lock type, materials, etc. So, we can pick up wholesaler order or end user project order both.
