1.Are you factory or trading company ?
A:Of course we are a professional door factory loated in DALIAN city ,china .
2.can be mixed different colors and models together in one order?
A:Surely yes. Mixed colors and models are acceptable in One 20GP or in one 40HQ we suggested 3-6 models.
3.What’s your policy for samples?
A:For small sample,we can offer for free.For completely doors ,we have to charge some cost on actual situation. But we will refund the sample charge to you if you place bulk order next time.
4.What’s your trade terms and payment term?
A:Our trade term is EXW,FOB,CFR and CIF. Payment term is 50% deposit by T/T before mass production,the balance paid before delivery .
5.What’s your special service?
A:Overseas installation service.
6.Can you make the door according to our drawing?
A:Yes,we can.But customer should send us drawing to check firstly,then we shall reponse you the correct drawing for production ..
7.How about your warranty?
