Lubricating the Hinge

1. Purchase suitable lubricant.

2. Find the hinge pin.

3. Remove the hinge pin.

4. Clean, and Apply lubricant.

5. Reassemble the hinge.

6. Verify.

7. Use a rag or paper towel to clean up.  

Removing Sticky Hinge Pins

1. Soak rusty hinges in PB blaster. 

2. Gently tap the end of the pin with a screwdriver. 

3. Repair the pin, if necessary.
