The installation of wooden fire door hardware should meet the following requirements:

a. The hardware should be fully installed, in an appropriate location, and fixed reliably;

b. The hinge should be l/10 of the vertical height from the upper and lower ends of the door, and avoid the upper and lower risers. The switch should be flexible after installation;

c. Small hardware should be fixed with wood screws, and nails should not be used instead. It should be hammered into the depth of 1/3 first, and then screwed in. It is strictly forbidden to drive into the full depth. When hardwood is used, a hole of 2/3 depth should be drilled first, and the hole diameter is 0.9 times the diameter of the wood screw;

d. It is not advisable to install a door lock at the junction of the middle riser and the erection;

e. The door handle should be located below the midpoint of the door height, and the distance between the door handle and the ground should be 0.9 to 1.05m.

The wooden fire door should have sufficient overall strength, and after the sandbag impact test, the seat still maintains good integrity. The filling material in the fire door should not crack or fall off.
