1. The surface treatment process of the door leaf
The surface treatment processes on the market are mainly divided into two categories:
(1) Filming process: PVC material with imitation wood grain (ie compound plastic) is pasted on the surface of the steel plate. The production process is that the PVC material is heat-sealed and pasted on the steel plate. During the use of such products, due to changes in cold and heat, it may appear Degumming, delamination, fading, etc., and the phenomenon of degumming and rusting is more serious after the surface is scratched by a sharp object.
(2) Transfer paint baking process: the steel plate is treated with phosphating solution anticorrosive treatment → steel plate bottom surface spray treatment → baking → heat transfer of wood grain to the paint on the bottom surface of the steel plate → baking → automobile baking paint process on the surface, with relatively stable performance.
2. The door cover materials currently on the market are mainly divided into four categories:
(1) Multi-layer board veneer door cover: Multi-layer board film (PVC) or sticker paint, etc., due to the laminating process on the surface, it is easy to fall off, delamination and surface appearance between the veneer and the board in a humid and dry environment The layer is blistering and uneven. Long-term use will produce anaerobic bacteria between the veneer and the board, which will deform the material and affect the use and appearance.
(2) MDF door cover: Mainly use MDF surface stickers as paint or PVC film. Because MDF is made of straw fiber and glue, it is made by high pressure, so it will expand, mold, deform and expand after absorbing water. After that, its density is greatly reduced, which affects the nail holding force and service life.
(3) Steel door cover: adopts the manufacturing process of steel door frame, the door cover and the door leaf have no color difference, it is made of steel plate, and the surface adopts the transfer paint baking process. Most of this kind of door covers are single-sided lines and relatively simple lines, and the installation method is the same as that of steel doors, which makes them lose the essence of steel and wood suit indoor doors.
(4) Multilayer board UV paint finish door cover: It is a new type of door cover. The multilayer board adopts transfer wood grain and surface UV paint finish process. The product color is full and gorgeous. The use of UV paint finishes The product has reached a good state of use, and has the characteristics of no deformation, no cracking, moisture-proof, heat-proof, wear-resistant, and pollution-free.
3. Line material
The current lines on the market are mainly divided into three categories:
(1) Wood plastic lines: wood plastic substrate surface film (PVC) or sticker paint, because the surface adopts the laminating process, it is easy to fall off between the veneer and the substrate during use, and the surface layer is prone to blistering and wood Plastic substrate is easy to powder and other phenomena.
(2) Plastic-steel lines: Plastic-steel substrate surface film (PVC). Due to the laminating process on the surface, it is easy to fall off between the veneer and the substrate during use, and the surface layer blisters.
(3) Plastic-steel baking varnish lines: The surface of the high-quality plastic-steel substrate adopts transfer wood grain and UV paint finish process, the product color is full and gorgeous, so that the product reaches a better condition.
4. Steel plate thickness:
The thickness of the steel plate is the part that can better reflect the quality of the product. Due to the diversification of market prices, the thickness of the steel plate is also different. Impact and impact resistance can achieve good results. However, some companies choose 0.3mm or thinner steel plates for their inferior products, resulting in poor surface flatness and insufficient door rigidity.
