When the door leaf is closed, squeeze the sponge rubber strips tightly on both sides of the lap joint, and leave a 2mm wide gap between the door leaves. (4) The outsourcing soundproof door should be wrapped with artificial leather. A rock wool blanket should be stuffed between the artificial leather and the wooden door leaf, and then double-layer artificial leather beading should be used to regularly press on the door leaf surface, and then nailed with foam nails. The artificial leather surface should be tight and flat.
(5) A 5mm wide gap should be left between the bottom of the soundproof door leaf and the ground, and then a 3mm thick rubber strip should be nailed to the lower part of the door leaf with a long flat iron. The rubber strip should be extended by 5mm at the contact with the ground to close the door leaf and the ground. Gap between.
(6) For soundproof and fireproof doors with waterproof requirements, the door leaf can be made of fire-resistant fiberboard, with 5mm thick asbestos plates nailed on both sides, and then full-packed with No. 26 galvanized iron sheet. The exposed door frame part should also be wrapped with galvanized iron sheet.
(7) The hardware of the soundproof door should be compatible with the function of the soundproof door. For example, the hinge should be a silent hinge, etc.
