Q1:Can be mixed different colors and models together in one order?
A3:Surely yes. Mixed colors and models are acceptable in One 20GP or in one 40HQ we suggested 3-6 models.
Q2:Can you make the door according to our drawing?
A4:Yes,we can.But customer should send us drawing to check firstly,then we shall reponse you the correct drawing for production .
Q3: What's your policy for samples?
A6:For small sample,we can offer for free.For completely doors ,we have to charge some cost on actual situation. But we will refund the sample charge to you if you place bulk order next time.
Q4: What's your special service?
A7:Overseas installation service.
Q5: How to order Delivery time?
A8: Delivery time: About 20-35days.
First we need know your specific door request and specs, then we issue the related solutions to meet your requirements. After that, we make the invoice and drawings for your approval. Once you approve the both, 50% deposit will be arranged and the production is started; after the order is finished, we take video or pictures to you, or you dispatch inspector here, then collect the balance before shipping.
Q6:Do you have stock?
A9:we stock American standard hollow metal door & frames as procedure in factory. When your order is special and need customerized , we need arrange that specially, just like project schedule, most of them need customerized by specific size, color, lock type, materials, etc. So, we can pick up wholesaler order or end user project order both.
